Kirchner Lighting Leases 247,704 SF in Braselton

Kichler Lighting, a leading lighting fixture firm, signed a lease for 247,704 square feet in the Braselton 85 Distribution Center at 900 Highway 124 in Braselton, GA.

The one-story building totals 440,165 square feet on 27.67 acres. Commonwealth Commercial Properties developed the property in 2008 and sold it to Sealy & Co. in August of this year. Kichler leases more than half of the building while the remaining space is vacant.

Colony Realty Buys Cumberland Center

Colony Realty Partners purchased Cumberland Center, a five-story office building at 3333 Riverwood Parkway in Atlanta from Holder Properties for $15.3 million, or about $139 per square foot.

Built in 1992 on 2.3 acres, Cumberland Center has 110,000 square feet and was 95 percent leased at the time of the transaction. Lincoln Property Co. will market and manage the property.
