Two major tenants renewed their leases at The Falls at Sanctuary Park in Alpharetta, GA.

Hartford Fire & Insurance Co. will remain in 87,576 square feet on the two upper floors of at 1125 Sanctuary Parkway. Robert Shulman of CresaPartners represented the insurance provider. Microsoft Corp. also renewed 54,463 square feet on the second and third floors. Tal Isbell of Jones land LaSalle handled the deal for Microsoft.
