Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Historic Preservation Department announces the annual photo contest a special event done by HPD during May to celebrate Preservation Month. This year’s theme is “Discovering Georgia’s Hidden Gems. The "Downtown Georgia" photo contest seeks photos of the state's diverse historic downtown buildings and streetscapes. 1321 - 1323 Glenwood Ave. is located in the heart of the EAV retail district. A perfect location for a pizzareia? No specific plans for the site were disclosed by the new owners who are closely related to the Mellow Mushroom founders.
The C Group respesented the sellers, Richard Bowers represented the purchasers. Great news for the Village.

Cancer of Hope and Blood Disorders expands...

Today was the first day of moving for the "Cancer of Hope and Blood Disorders".
Dr. Anthony Onyegbula, or Dr. "O" and staff began the move today into the new Stockbridge location. The Center grew out of the Riverdale location

The new facility allows the Center to offer additional services, such as physical therapy, infusion and more exam rooms. Understanding the practice requirements and the growth demand was critical to the success. Congratulations to Dr. O and The C Group. The C Group secures lease for "The Kuglar Law Firm"

Congratulations to Craig Kuglar! Craig and his team of attorney's are moving into their new office located in the heart of Inman Park on N Highland Ave. Beau King, Kim King and Associates closed on the acquisition of the property last week. The lease was completed earlier this month. So, now Kuglar is moving in! Craig is a great client who knew exactly what he wanted regarding office space and the location. Highest priority was near a park and dog friendly. We accomplished both of those requirements. Also, placed him next door to fine dinning. These type of transactions make tenant representation and commercial real estate a great career.

Broker Fee Protection during foreclosure process, yes or no?

Should commercial real estate brokers be entitled to the same protections...that, if a lender were to foreclose, the broker's rights to receive future commissions would also carry forward and become the obligation of the lender?
