Associate Broker, Managing Director, KW Commercial
As a long time resident and investor in the Atlanta Real Estate Market, Larry has successfully closed over $300 million in transactions. His formal understanding of office leasing and sales was critical in the success of over $17 million in sales of the historic King Plow Arts Center Office Condominiums. Following the King Plow Arts Center, Larry was responsible for the marketing and sale of 1430 W Peachtree Street. This 7 story, 76,000 square foot facility located in the heart of the Atlanta Cultural Center is a premier office condominium. In 2009 Larry's team was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a finalist in "Largest Land Transactions" in the SE. Today this site located near downtown Atlanta is the home for the GA State University's Sports Training Complex.
His formal education started with the College of Charleston/Trident Technical College in 1980 studying Marketing and Sales. Larry is currently a Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, an active member of the National Association Board of Realtors. As one of the principal partners in the Atlanta Midtown Keller Williams Realty office Larry was awarded recognition as one of the top performing commercial real estate associates within the southeastern region and is involved with the Agent Leadership Council assisting the mentoring and education of newly licensed agents. Larry is serving his third term on the National Commercial Leadership Council of KW Commercial. This Leadership team from across the country and Canada assist with the national implementation program of KW Commercial, the international commercial real estate division of Keller Williams Realty. Recently Larry was appointed to the National Leadership Practice Group/Commercial REO. Larry and his National Team of REO Specialists, across the country have implemented a platform of services to successfully assist Banks and Lenders with the disposition of REO assets.

Associate Broker, Listing Manager, Research Specialist
Tom Williams an Atlanta native is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business specialty in management. He studied abroad in Holland and worked for a period of time in France. Upon graduation, he began studying art at period of time in France. Upon graduation he began studying art and photography at Georgia State and eventually opened his own gallery in the historic neighborhood of Castleberry Hill located in the original loft district of Downtown Atlanta.
In 2001 he passed the Georgia Real Estate Exam and began a career in Commercial Real Estate. Initially Tom started with Larry Culbertson as the office/marketing manager at a mid-sized brokerage firm. After several years establishing a client base and commercial specialty he and Larry formed The C Group, LLC a Commercial Real Estate division of Keller Williams. Together and along with the other team members they focused on the in town Atlanta Office & Retail real estate market.
Today, as an Associate Broker, Tom’s responsibilities include the daily management of The C Group, Atlanta, LLC., assisting with property and market research and listing manager.
